1957 dash pad spacers

Under the chrome lower interior windshield trim, at the front of the dash pad are four black dash spacer pads (fit between chrome and top edge of dash pad). They are simple foam blocks (NPD had them but out of stock). Anyone know the dimensions of these blocks and the similar foam density so I can just make them?
