Thanks every one I think I got the problem fixed .The yellow power wire and the p.r.n...l were in the wrong holes.I switch them around it seams to be working ok .I won,t know for sure untill I get the steering wheel back on.I will let you all know as soon as I get it all back together .Thanks...
