    argh! Caliper Bracket broke

So I just got my car painted, and I go to take it for a spin and I keep on hearing a clank everytime I hit a small bump. I look and see that my caliper bracket broke. I upgraded the brakes to disc about a year ago so I need this bracket but I can't seem to find it without purchasing the entire...

Help! Can't find front shocks for my 63!

I'm having a really hard time locating front shocks for my 63 Tbird. Apparently they differ from 61 and 62 models. The part number is monroe 5773 and my mechanic has only been able to find one so far. He's redoing my front suspension completely and has hit a major wall because he can't find this...

    MPG on bullet birds?

What kind of gas mileage are you all getting on your bullet birds? I'm running a freshly rebuilt 390 with edlebrock 4 barrel and Im only getting about 6-8mpg city and 8-10 hwy. Want some new rims

So I think I'm going to put some new rims on my 63Tbird. I like the look of a 17" rim but not sure what will fit a 10" wheel or 8" wheel. What should I look for other than the 5x4.5 size? I'm most worried about the rear tires hitting/rubbing. Will I need to take the skirts off?

Possibly buying a 63 TBird this week....

Hi! I just signed up on this forum last night. So hello all! I've always loved the 61-63 TBirds and I think I found one locally. Just a few questions to make sure I'm getting a decent deal. The Good: The 63 TBird has a rebuilt engine with about 500 miles on it, runs excellent when I test drove...
