    1960 heat/air water control valve

    I have a 60 T-Bird with air. The heater core, water control valve that bolts to the core is leaking (the diaphram is shot). It's an Everhot valve. Does anyone know where I could find another one. I've seen retro-fit pipe & valve kits that put the valve inline in the heater hose in the engine...

    I agree with Harley. If you have a pulley small enough to ensure idle voltage, then you'll prematurely wear out the generator. I have a 60 bird & a 64 1/2 Mustang with generators & neither charges at idle
