Just bought a 1966 Town Landau with swing away steering. The steering wheel is tight on the shaft but I can lift the wheel and shaft about 1/2" inside the tube with the column in the locked position. I am guessing it's a bushing. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks, Republic
