Headacheguy thank you for your reply. A friend last night told us about the jack up front and turn the wheel like you said. I will pass this on to my mechanic. He did order a new pump to see if that was the problem. Hopefully this will take care of it. I appreciate the infor. Judy

I have a 1977 Thunderbird and my mechanic put on a power stering pump but it is still making a lot of noise and the fluid is coming out the dip stick. It foams and also it shoots out. Our mechanic does not know what is going on. :banghead Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
