    Oh yeah try moveing the key bezel towards acc and to start with the key removed too and as before if the chime stops...well you know.

    Try fiddling with the ignition cylinder moveing the key around slowly if the chime stops at anytime replace it or you can let it drive you insane(Have you had to leave the doors open for an extended period of time to say....clean your car :mad:.)

    Its most likely that valve cylinder a fairly common problem<<Did it start shifting into 2nd a little hard or firmer?.The five speed as far as I know can be an extremely difficult swap especially into a v-8. As far as the 95 goes I'm not 100% but pretty sure the tranny problems can be resolved...
