78 T-bird--any specs, any info please

I found out that a Haynes manual for this car has a very good wiring diagram and you can get those from any chain parts stores for less than 20 bucks. It also tells vital torque specs and walks through steps in doing certain procedures very well. I learned how to wrench out of one with my...

    Factory tach

I swapped the 5 holer to the seperate dash, and the dash also had a different plug that went with it. I traced all the wires and found that they went to a junction block by the starter silenoid. I swapped all of this into my car, but the wires are just taped up right now. WHERE DO THEY GO...

    is this possible

my friend who builds FE's like they're still new says that you can bore a 390 block to a 428 CJ bore, and then find a 428 or lincoln 410 crank. This will yield a 428. I hope it's helpful. Lee [email protected]

My radiator just took a dump. great. :( I guess I'll have to find a new one, but I'll ask you guys about something first. Are all bird radiators the same in these years? And, before I go out and buy myself a new radiator, will the 400M radiator work when I drop the 460 in? If not, what...

    frames and 4.6s

I know I'm asking a lot of questions lately, but i have two more. First off are all the frames under each 77-79 bird the same? I was planning on using a 79 frame for my 78. Also, is there any "superior" frame? My second question is even wierder yet. Although I have my heart set on a EFI...
