I am helping out a friend that doesn't "computer." He has a 1956 T-Bird. The speedometer bulb is missing. He does not have an owners manual. Can someone advise the number for the bulb? By the way, I am a member, I just spend my time in the "Flair Bird" section.:patriot

OK, time to make fun of the new guy :smilelol "66" convertible. I took the engine and radiator out to have both redone. I marked all the vacuum lines and hoses, EXCEPT the two going to the radiator from the transmission. :banghead Can someone tell me which line goes to which radiator connection?

Keeping it original is fine. But, if you decide to convert it to a dual master cylinder (for safety reasons) let me know. I have photo's of the conversion process and complete parts list.

Done it twice I have done this twice. It even worked - both times. I performed this conversion on a '66 Landau and '66 convertible. I have phot's and a parts list. Send your e-mail address and I will forward it to you.

Suggest you "repost" this in the "Flair Bird" 1964-1966 section. You probably will get better response. By the way......I converted my 66 to a dual chamber master cylinder. I have photo's and parts list if you are interested.

I have a relay - C4VF-10B953-A - It has 3 posts. It is attached to a bracket that I was told was attached to the back of the radio. I have looked through all my parts manuals and cannot identify its function or purpose.

Grounding fixed it Removed the engine block ground. Cleaned block and connector with wire brush. Removed ground on inner passenger side fender. Cleaned fender and connector. Added a wire from battery negative to the underside of the passenger side support that angles to the firewall. NO MORE...

The voltage regulator has NOT been replaced. I can if you think that is a positive step. They are inexpensive enough. The car continues to run. Just the lights go out.
