I was told I stumbled across a rare bird. It is a 1962 with the 390 two barrel with a manual trans. No power seat, no power windows, no power steering, so I would guess it was a base model. I was told it was worth more then I think, I was going to turn the car into a race car, and sell the parts I didn't need. Is there something im over looking with this car or is it just a base model??

Harley, where can I get the little BB looking steel balls that go into the accelerator pump and I think one other place when I rebuild the carb? I read somewhere that if that ball sticks it will cause a flooding problem which is what I have now...........

Have you ever replaced a vent duct cable on the drivers side of a Tbird. The cable goes over the sterring column brace and is locked there. Does the brace need to be removed to replce it.
