Most aftermarket front disc brake conversion kits come from Bob Walker, Thunderbirds One in Gastonia NC. The kit I installed included an extension tip for the push rod, which effectively made the pedal stroke longer.
As mentioned another option is to relocate the pivot point for the master cylinder rod. The extension tip is MUCH easier to deal with. Suggest you give Thunderbirds 1 a call to see about buying the extension tip separately.
