68 tbird landau, 429 thunderjet engine and c6 transmission, 13,500 on odometer probably 113,500 actual. car starts, runs and drives great ive had it 2 ocean cit and back 3 times and 250 mile trip to my mothers in western md 2 times
all new parts april of '09 with about 2500miles, landau top, brake rotors andpadsbrake shoes and new hardware, brake hoses, strut rod bushings, wheel bearings,battery cables, u joint, tailshaft output seal, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, air filter, oil and filter, radiator flush and refill. the paint is a nice 20 footer, the interior is very clean and almost perfect
the bad: needs tires the ones on it are older and mismatched, there are a couple spots of surface rust but no rot, the headlight doors are intermittent, the turn signal switch on the column doesnt work, the person i got the car from disposed of the original radio and cut the dash to fit a tape player but i cleaned it up and added a nice alpine cd player, only 1 door has the arm rest intact but i have the arm rests in the trunk but not the plastic pieces that screw to the door
