[66QBird]

Wondering if someone can explain how the windshield washer works on a 66 t-bird. Mine makes some noise but no fluid runs through. I see an electric pump? behind the bag. Wondering if the washer works on the electric pump which may be faulty or is there some other component that may be out of order. Seems the thing is complete. Any advice would be appreciated before I embark on the repair. Thanks.
