I see it has been a year since you asked this question. Did you ever start your 4.6 Lt project. The patrol cars on the road are all Crown Victoria which weigh about 4900 lbs and the 66 bird is only about 4200 lbs. The 4.6 will fit the engine bay. Let us know your progress.
