RE Timing
Hi Harley,
Thank you for your reply and offering instructions. The car does start and is drivable until the car heats up. The timing is so far advanced that it messes up once the engine is hot. We have tried to adjust the engine RPMs because once hot it idles at 900 RPM, but when you get them to 550, the car just dies in drive. When trying to adjust the timing, the timing marks do not even show under the timing light. I think that the timing has been advanced 180 degrees. I am going to try and set some time aside for Saturday to tackle the timing situation. I might give you a call Friday once I figure out what my plan is for Saturday.
Thank you for all you help.
Mark
