62 T-Bird timing problem
You didn't say whether or not you can get the engine started. No. 1 cylinder is first on the passenger side, you know. Often the problem (not finding the mark) is that the rubber between the crankshaft pulley and the timing marks has failed and allowed the timing marks to move around. Find number 1 at top center on the power stroke and mark your damper. How do you do this? Call me at 817-337-0666 for instructions. It involves removing the valve cover to observe the valve action and using a stiff wire to determine piston location.
