On my 66 the lines are as follows.
Tranny to carb spacer connection
Distributer vacuum advance to base of carb (operated by throttle plate opening)
All other connections (brake booster, vacuum reserve to intake manifold)
I also have the closed crankcase ventilation system which connectes to the intake manifold.
