I am in the body phase of restoring my 1966 convertible. I am working on the package tray seal area of the decklid opening. Due to some corrosion in the area, I am rebuilding (welding) the flange where the decklid weatherstrip ends and a package tray seal goes forward in car. I have built up a trough for the weatherstrip but am running into interference between the decklid and the seal flange. I need a detailed digital image of the sheet metal in this area of a 1964-1966 convertible so I can build up the area correctly. I will eventually have to get a weatherstrip kit or improvise. The only place I found that carries a decklid weatherstrip kit wants an arm and a leg. Can anyone help a fellow "big bird" enthusiast?
