Looks like this post is a little late, but If you haven't figured it out yet, if you're just replacing the relay the panel below the steering column should just be clipped on. They're those little metal clips so they don't that easy but you might break off the tabs they're on. If you're actually replacing the switch on the column though, I'm not sure how to do that.
