The connie kit should add value if it is well done and functional. Currently, there is only one manufacturer still producing these, which run about $1200 plus paint and installation. I will make the car perform more poorly, as it changes weight ratio and drag. However, theese Birds are not known for performance anyhow. I would go for it. It will distinguish yours from the rest.
