come to http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/ there are lots of people that would love to help you with your fox t-bird problems. I think you have to pull the gear from the bottom of the shaft, there is a roll pin in the gear that you have to remove then the shaft shoudl slide out but be patient there may be some oil build up on the shaft that wont let it slide out so use lots of zep or P.B. blaster hope I helped and I am looking forward to seeing you on the fox t-bird forum.
