Eastwood makes a windshield polishing kit that includes the powder, buffing pad and attachment for a drill or other electric polisher. It works well if you follow procedures. If you have a buffer, etc., go to an optical supply house and get cerium oxide powder. That's the material that is used to polish lenses and what is most likely in Eastwood's kit.
