I vote for the supercharger. Considering your engine's low milage, it will hold up well to the strain of a good supercharger. It would also be easier to stick one of them on, as opposed to swapping in a new motor, and dealing with the computer issues, motor mounts, etc...For ideas, try going over to tccoa.com, and read up in the forums. I know of tons of folks over there who have done many varying things to their Thunderbirds and Cougars, so their information will lead you right through whatever process you choose. Good luck!
