rear brake spins
Recently I bought a 60 s"bird

The man who sold it to me said that the front brakes work however the back brakes do not. I had recently change the back brakes and hoses but when I had it on a lift in drive, the rear wheel keeps spinning when I depress the brakes. Is there something I need to replace to fix this problem?
