If you can't find the info online (which you should be able to) I have a restoration book that lists all the correct colors for everything for 58-66 TBirds. It even includes the original Ford part numbers. The info in this book seems to coincide with what I've found on the web for my 58.
On a 62, the block, heads, oil pan, water pump, and front cover are gloss black, the generator is semi-gloss black, and the valve covers are argent (metallic pewter is a better description) as is the air cleaner.
