I've heard tell that you can buy repo or NOS (I'm not sure which) pedal sets for manual 74 ranchero's from Year One. It would obviously be more expensive then getting them from a yard, but considering that 74 rancheros with manuals were about the rarest things EVER, it might be worth the extra denero just to buy the ones from yearone. I plan to do that when I build up my stickshift LTD II S.
Please keep us updated on that project! I'd love to see pics and so forth on how you do things, transmission, shifter, clutch, etc.
