I would look first at the carb, specifically the floats. This assumes that the problem does not exist under heavy acceleration on flat land. If you are starving for gas on flat land, I would look then at fuel pressure, starting with replacing the fuel filter. I would bet the problem is somewhere in the fuel system. Charles
