t-bird-art is on a distinguished road
1st thing: Clean rust/paint away from the sheet metal where the voltage regulator is screwed down. Screws must be screwed down tight for a good ground connection. If they do not tighted up good, use a bigger sheet metal screw. If that doesn't do it, replace the voltage regulator with a new solid state regulator for your year T-Bird. If that doesn't do it, Sears should see the flickering on their test equipment. Depends on store but Sears electrical system check is sometimes free when you have a Diehard battery. If Sear's test equipment doesn't nail the problem, come back for step #2 !
