a number of components in the light circuits can cause a "flicker" from loose/corroded battery cable connection or headlight connection loose/broken on top of headlight switch or loose connection on ignition switch or malfunctioning voltage regulator or voltage regulator not screwed to clean sheet metal or loose/corroded (-) battery cable connection on the block or----- . Need more details! All Exterior & Interior lights flicker or just the interior or exterior lights? That will start to narrow down the problem.
