Shifter problem
[] I forgot to mention: the detent is not the solution to the sloppy shifter problem.. The sloppy shifter is probably due to the shifter tube bearing being GONE.. They usually deteriorate to the point where they are no more.. This
bearing can be replaced without taking the steering column apart..
