Randy Shiltz developed the EEC tuner for the 2.3T and has some nice programs set up for it. Get it from him, not shiftmaster, they are not as familiar with it as Randy is. He has a pretty stout low 12 sec Merkur that uses it and I have seen dyno sheets from cars using it.
