i assume youre talking about the air fuel screws under the bowl, in front of the carb. If so, the best and most accurate way to set these is with a vaccuum gauge. Turn them in ward (Clockwise) until the engine begins to stumble (assuming the aren't plugged in the first place!) and while watching the vaccuum gauge, back it out until you reach the highest vaccuum reading you can get. The repeat for the other screw. this should put you very close to 14.7 (ideal) :cool:
