Hi, I'm new.
I'm new to the board, so I figured I'd introduce myself. My name is Josh, I'm 18 and live in Rome, NY. My car is a 78 T-Bird, white with green vinyl top and velour interior (looks extremely sharp :D ), and has the 351M v8. I am also restoring a 1966 AMC Marlin. The 'bird was my first car and is my daily driver, but is in beautiful shape (enough so I get comments when I tale it to shows). I love everything about that car, the handling, comfort, looks, reliability, and plenty of balls to boot! I am the third person to own a 77-79 generation T-Bird in the family. My grandparents bought a medium blue 79 new and had it until my grandfather died in 1993, and my parents had a burnt orange 79 from the very early 80's up until 1997. That was the car I grew up in. All of them had the 351 V8. When I went looking for my first car, I knew I had to have a T-Bird, and after looking at many overpriced bombs, I finally found mine. I can't wait until the snow goes away and I can drive it again!
