New to the site, and as a brief intro... I'm a 62 year old car nut, I've been restoring, rebuilding, and repainting cars for over 45 years now. I own a Restoration shop in Baxley, Ga.
I'm currently restoring a nice 2-owner, low-mileage '56 for the family that has owned it since 1959. Recently I've been asked to consider restoring a '57 E-Bird for a gentleman that has a nice selection of Thunderbirds. (Four at the present)
Anyhow, my question is... does anyone know how to find out how many '57's were painted Bronze? I've read that 1,363 E-code cars were built in '57, but l can't find the breakdown by color. The thing that puzzles me is that l found the information for the '56 quite easily.
