I did a quick Google search for wheels and tires 65 Thunderbird. One of the sites that popped up was
Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com. They seem to have pretty helpful selection tools by model, year, with or without skirts, etc.
I'm sure there are other resources based on this broad search criteria but wheel and tire packages are out there. Good luck!
