I've not worked on a '64, but here's what I've found. The turn signal flasher is indeed a 552 with two prongs. The emergency flasher is a heavy duty unit with three prongs (AIRTEX / WELLS Part # 1R2193 from Rock Auto Parts). Good luck and happy birding
