I would start with the neutral start switch, mounted on the steering column near the firewall. If that is adjusted properly and working properly, you should get power to the "S" terminal on the starter relay switch. The "I" wire puts battery voltage to the coil while cranking the engine. You might check it for continuity. Harley Eaton
