Take off the console side cover on the passenger side and you should have access. Maybe just trim old ends of hoses and reattach. There is also I think on that line an in-line adjust valve for air flow to adj speed of vent opening, could be leaking there also. Usually trimming the hose ends gets rid of the cracks.
