I've been looking for a new bird and i found out that the year they start emissions testing in Missouri is 1996. i have been looing at a 95 and a 97 both around 90k. even though the 97 might have a little more horse power stock. i figured i will be able to produce more power easier with with no emissions. my dads 92 mustang would fail just because of the cam, no cats, no smog pump, and a lot more if it was a newer vehicle. give me your opinions on what you guys think. i love to hear what you have to think and maybe the laws from where you are from.
