Check kick down linkage and make sure it is not stuck down. Make sure you have vacuum to the modulater, Check iit at the modulater. be sure modulater is good also. I guess you are in the green dot while driving. Other then that you may have hard and dry seals inside the tranny and it's do for a refresh.
