Hi Gary,

well, if you take out the 4 nuts from under the dash (and cotter pin) then the entire booster and M/C will come out as one unit. I'd hazard a guess the M/C could be leaking by now, as well as the booster so I would be getting them both out and getting ready to recondition or replace them both.

Leaving the bracket attached will make life easier if you have to adjust the push rod from the booster to the M/C after replacing one or both components.

Either way, it's a dog of a job.
